We have 5 twin bed cabins which have five different themes. All twin cabins have 2 twin beds with one Extra Long twin. All have showers, toilets, vanities, Microwaves, mini-fridges, tables with chairs, small flat screens, wifi, linens, soap and shampoos. All cabins have been renovated in the last 4 years. We are located in North Central Kansas six miles from Waconda Lake 12,500 acres. We have parking for boats, horse trailers, and motorhomes on our adjacent 1.5 acre “Shady Grove”.

Elm Street Lodge

Elm Street Lodge, located just one block from Main Street, is centrally located and is within walking distance to anything you will need for your stay. It features an open floor plan with beautiful original hardwoods and molding throughout the house. Just 20 minutes from the nearest lake where you will find great fishing as well as waterfowl hunting. North Central KS is also home to some of the best deer, turkey and upland bird hunting you can find.

Vermont Street Bunkhouse

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. Rustic, but comfortable. Two large tables seat from 16-18. The open concept loft has one queen bed, two double beds and 6 XL twin beds. Ideal for a large family or group of hunters. The back of the bunkhouse may be used if additional space is needed for set up of more tables or additional needs. This would be a great space for family reunions, especially used in conjunction with the Vermont St. Villa.

Located on Highway 24 in Downs Kansas, we offer comfortable and clean lodging to all guest, whether you’re staying for one night while passing through or staying a while to enjoy the fishing, hunting and other activities in the area. South Fork Lodge

Just outside the city limits of Osborne along the south fork Solomon River. Very laid back, quiet, peaceful place to stay. If you’re looking for a hunting lodge to stay we have it for you, or just a vacation spot to pass through for a night! Our house has 2 twin beds in it, a full bed, and also a full bed pull out in the couch. We also have a nice air mattress in the house for use as well.

There are aprox 180 acres to hunt on in Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb The full 320 acres is available to hunt on Turkey season only which is in April and May
