You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off and covered with foam board for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING THIS CABIN. Rustic, outhouse, outdoor (COLD water only) shower and tub. 4x4 recommended in winter. Cabin offers a single bed, convertible couch, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & another futon mattress. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and cold running water (can be warmed on the stove or electric kettle) Dining room table with 5 chairs Firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub (cold water from hose).

Smoking / Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. Located in Tustin, Michigan, just 10 miles south of Cadillac. Private home tucked back in the woods on 20 acres with close proximity to the Manistee National Forest. Hiking trails throughout the property. Kids tree house. Large outdoor firepit with firewood included. 20 miles to Caberfae Peaks ski resort and 50 miles to Crystal Mountain ski resort. Public ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.
