I just remodeled the 1450sq' house making it handicap accessible. The entry and all main floor doors are 36" in width. There is a ramp leading to the front deck for easier access. One bathroom has a 5' shower stall with grab rails. It has both a fixed and hand held shower head for your convenience. i also have 2 other homes and a campground. 1 house and the campground are on a lake nearby. the campground is secluded with large sites, all full hook ups. click on my profile to find these listing

There's plenty of space to enjoy and relax with the whole family at our cabin that sits on its own 2.5 acres. This is the perfect place to relax and sit around the campfire, but also with the perks of high speed internet. The small town of Fairview is only two miles away to stock up on supplies. We are also close to the AuSable river for tubing or fishing, golf courses, and Hoist Lake foot trails. All dirt bikes and all ORV vehicles must trailer in and out and not be driven on the property!

Sunrise Hill

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A great location to relax and appreciate nature. The house is built into a hill which provides great views of wildlife, stars and sunrises. The master bedroom is located on the top floor and gives you a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding environment. Enjoy a cup of coffee out on the porch swings and watch the sunrise. View deer pass by in the evenings and gaze at the stars as they come out. A great place to stay away from home.

ATTENTION RIDERS: This is the place for you! Ride 500 ft to the trail! Portable AC unit in the living room only. The master bedroom has a window unit. The other bedrooms have regular fans. Wi-Fi has just been installed! Just 1 mile to Mio or 10 miles to MaDeeters! This is a wonderful 1350 square-foot home. It is located in a very nice little neighborhood just 1 mile from downtown Mio and the beautiful AuSable River. Perfect for snowmobiling, ATVs, off-road vehicles, and hunting!
