Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.

You will love the view of Lake Huron from every window. Amazing Panoramic view and beautiful sunrises. This cozy home is steps from the lake & offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your use. This is a great place for families to gather. You will have the entire place to yourself to enjoy. This is a neighborhood and the homes are close together. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down and respect their property.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Great for the business traveler for Alcona County. Hope to see you soon.

If your looking for a private oasis this is your place! We are on a private road, few neighbors, full time residents. We hope you appreciate the aesthetics and solitude. Our cabin has been in our family over 40 years, this is our first time hosting our beloved home. We hope you find it charming, comforting and a place to build beautiful memories. Comfortable accommodations, self check in you'll be sure to feel right at home. The property is located in a natural setting with endless opportunities of witnessing free-roaming wildlife, majestic sunrises/sunsets, and offers a variety of activities such as watersports, hunting, fishing, bonfires, and more right on the Saginaw Bay! Guests will have the listed space all to themselves, including private entrances, deck, parking and 75 feet of private beach.

This adorable two bedroom, one bath, cabin like guesthouse sits behind the owners house with an attached private one car garage. This house features two private entrances! The house is about 1,000 sq feet, and includes a fenced in backdoor so your pets can enjoy the outdoors in a secured space. There is a deck with a small grill to enjoy your outdoor festivities. Back yard also has a fire pit with wood for those crisp nights of relaxation by a fire.

Please be courteous as this is a special piece of family property. Our place is close to outdoor activities, nature, 15-minute drive to local beaches. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors, location, relaxation & quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.
