The cabin is warm and cozy, sunny, wood burner & heat pump. location is nestled between Grandview and Lake Hāwea station. We have no light pollution making for incredible stargazing.

This rustic, cute cabin has a queen bed, and a separate private bathroom with an outside hot shower house just next to the cabin. There is also a private spa where you can enjoy amazing star gazing as you soak! You’ll love this cabin because of its unique location, awesome shower, stunning scenery, and taste of kiwi farm life.

The Royal Albatross Centre, Little Blue Penguins, Penguin Place, and Larnach Castle are 15-minute drive from the cottage. We are close to many beautiful beaches that host sea lions and seals. There are many great walks with scenic views. It is a self-contained cottage with everything you need for cooking and washing.
