Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Situated 10 mins from the township of Winton, central Southland. We are a sheep and crop farm, good views over the paddocks from the hut deck. All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 10 mins away , with supermarket, choice of places to eat or takeaway. Wifi, TV, microwave and small refrigerator, kettle and toaster with basic kitchen cutlery and crockery, teas and coffees supplied. Brand new bathroom. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. Check in from 3pm and check out by noon.

Charming self contained studio on Herbert Street, in the northern suburbs of Invercargill. Freshly renovated with style, comfort and an emphasis on cleanliness. Please note breakfast is not provided, although we do have a few treats for our guests. Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!

Southland Farming retreat

Welcome to our newly built self contained unit on our Southland sheep farm. The unit is a magical spot where you are completely separate and private. It contains a queen bed, a small kitchen with a cooktop and microwave. There is a large well appointed bathroom and a nice private outdoor area to enjoy a drink, catch up on emails or read a book.

Mt Talbot Cottage

Come and experience country living in this lovely 2 bedroom cottage on the edge of the Gore Township. Pets okay but MUST be keep outside. NO pets inside. Got no problem with people using electric cars but being sneaky and plugging in after dark will earn you a bad review and comments. Just be honest and talk with us.

Entire 3 bedroom house situated on a farm with country views from your bedroom and living spaces. Comfortably sleeps 5 but if required can provide a rollaway bed for 6 quests. We are 3 kms off State Highway 1 and 23 kms from Gore and Tapanui. Ideal base for visits to Central Otago, Catlins and Southland areas.
