The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The living room has a fold-out sofa. The bedroom with a French balcony has a 160 cm wide bed. The rooms offer views of greenery and the city wall. The Town Hall Square is 500 meters away, and the Emajõgi River and the University of Tartu Delta Center are nearby.

Viljandi lossivaremed on 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Majas on kokku 4 korterit ja peab arvestama ka naabritega. Maja taga on aed, grillinurk ja puhkenurk mis on ühiskasutuses.
