Enjoy the beautiful fall foliage on our small private pond. You can bring your kayak or canoe to enjoy the wildlife that abounds or catch & release in our pond.

5 North Lake is a seasonal cottage situated yards from the shore. The property has panoramic views of the largest recreational body of water in Massachusetts: Otis Reservoir. Great for kayaking, fishing, swimming, boating or just relaxing and watching the sunset from the dock or deck. **Our calendar leaves a day open after each rental for cleaning. If your ideal check-in/out date isn’t available, message us and we’ll do our best to see if we can accommodate you.

Otis is the best town for a visit to the Berkshires. It is close to all the places you would want to visit like Jacob's Pillow, Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum to start with. It is also close to hiking trails, swimming, shopping and great restaurants. This wonderful three plus bedroom home is located on the backside of Otis Ridge Ski Area. Wake up and take a walk on the ridge or just sit outside and have your morning beverage with the woods surrounding you.
