Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for the schedule. If you’re going to “Allstar Village” their schedule does not align with this. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.

Eagle River

Eagle River is a charming waterfront home located between Cooperstown & Oneonta. The water views are incredible! Enjoy free use of kayaks and stand up paddle boards at the kayak shop next door. The home has been recently updated with a new kitchen, bathroom, sunroom, deck, mattresses and linens. It has an open floor plan with 3 smart T.V.s & comfy leather couch. The owner operates the kayak shop next door and is readily available if need be; free kayak lessons are included also.
