Why Kashmir on the lake? in 2004 the house was built by a local husband and wife who were dedicated to having their grandchildren enjoy this special place in the Catskills. The family decided to move south and listed the home to rent occasionally - especially for the music festival Mountain Jam in Hunter . With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

Luxury Cooperstown Area Lake Home with Amenities!!

Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for the schedule. If you’re going to “Allstar Village” their schedule does not align with this. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
