Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Hoffmaster $30 Holland State Park $45 Newly built Skoolie with two bunks beds, a queen sized mattress and a fold down sofa (probably best suited for a smaller person. Bus has no run UPDATE: Bechmobile and Beachmobile 2.0 have been retired. The red white and blue bus, and the big blue bus (former Bookmobile) are no longer with us.

The Dunes Harbor park is 2 minutes down the road, and downtown Muskegon is just a 10 minute drive. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home.

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
