This is a great spot for a midweek or weekend getaway, also ideal for professional seeking Midweek accommodation local to work. It is self contained with separate access & parking. The accommodation consists of shower room, kitchenette, double bed on mezzanine floor, lounge area,TV, fire stick, log burner, armchairs & desk. It is in the grounds of our private house with the Wallop Brook running through the garden. I do not provide breakfast but do provide complimentary,tea,coffee,milk & biscuits

Retaining many original features from the mid 17th Century including large fireplaces with a cosy wood burning stove, along with a welcoming Rayburn Range cooker which also provides the central heating and plentiful hot water. All home comforts are provided to make your holiday truly relaxing in an atmosphere of days long gone yet with the convenience of modern day living.

Our beautiful and modern open plan barn was completed in April 2023. Located on a working farm 4 miles from Stockbridge, with stunning views, it offers the perfect rural retreat. There are two en-suite bedrooms with king size beds with a single sofa bed on the mezzanine. Fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining/living area. Underfloor heating and a log burning fire make this a cosy winter retreat. Fibre broadband. Lots of countryside walks and cycling nearby. Close to Winchester & Salisbury.

LITTLE PARK ANNEXE is in a rural location on a quiet country lane in Abbotts Ann village. Built in Jan 2025, Little Park Annexe provides brand new, ground floor, self catering accommodation within the grounds of owners home. All finished to a high standard with countryside views. Extensive landscaping project on owners garden / driveway recently completed. Free parking available. Adjoining barn providing large seating area / big screen viewing is available for hire by separate negotiation.

Over Wallop is a small village and civil parish in the Test Valley district of Hampshire, close to the border with Wiltshire. Located close to Stockbridge famous for fly fishing and a variety of eateries. It is an easy driving distance to the historic cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury. The annexe offers a large open plan area to relax and dine in with a separate kitchen. A double bedroom with ensuite shower and separate WC. Well furnished with WiFi and onsite parking.

Colindale Cottage, Nether Wallop

Located between the historic cities of Winchester and Salisbury ,Colindale Cottage is an ideal base for exploring the Test Valley and beyond. Stonehenge, Highclere Castle and the New Forest are close by. The coast is approx and hour away. Dogs are welcome. Nether Wallop is a pretty village in the heart of the Test Valley close to the small town of Stockbridge with its independent shops and eateries. Nether Wallop featured in the Miss Marple series starring Joan Hickson.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.
