The cottage has its own private patio & garden. -Cafe opposite, shop within 5min walk -4 takeaways within 2 min drive -~15min walk to the nearest pub, several dog-friendly pubs/eateries within 10min drive -Close to Norfolk Broads, Cromer & Norwich -WiFi & 50’ smart TV -8 min drive to town with supermarkets/EV charging.

The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The cheap nightly price is because we have not finished rendering the outside of the cottage and we do not have a washing machine yet. Only 500 yards to the beach! Towels & Linen Inc

Unfortunately, the accommodation is not suitable for children or babies and we do not accept pets.
