Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, coastal home offers a private walled garden, outdoor decking & dining area, cosy open fire sitting room & generous amounts of handy on street parking. An easy 5 minute drive to Cromer, or a beautifully scenic, leisurely 40 minute cliff top walk. 10 minutes drive to the much celebrated Gunton Arms or Suffield Arms. Stunning property for couples & families alike.

The Clockhouse

The Clockhouse, built in 1904, is a beautifully situated cosy retreat in the lovely village of Overstrand. The village boasts a good pub, a thriving Arts Centre and hundreds of yards of golden sand which is one of the best beaches in East Anglia. The cottage is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. The cheap nightly price is because we have not finished rendering the outside of the cottage and we do not have a washing machine yet. Only 500 yards to the beach! Towels & Linen Inc

Our modern annexe provides a wonderful seaside base with free parking, which is a 2-minute walk to the cliff top, beach and 5 minutes to the town centre. The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Great dining room seats 6+ room for plenty of board games. King size main bedroom and twins in second. High walled English courtyard garden +VERY dog secure. Outside dining furniture , bbq. Beach chairs and equipment available. Just 2 min stroll to amazing sandy beach. Pubs, shop all close by. Cromer 5 mins drive or walk the coastal path .

The Good Shepherd Hut near beach and country walks

The Good Shepherd, located in the seaside village of Overstrand is just a 3 minute walk to the beach and 1 mile from the Victorian fishing town of Cromer. The Shepherds Hut is situated on a secluded plot at the side of our property, overlooking flower beds and exotic shrubs. The hut contains a comfortable double bed, log burner and mini fridge. Outside is a separate heated shower-room, small private lawn with a fire pit. Ideal for a peaceful retreat, perfect for couples and lone adventurers.
