We live down a long drive, with the property surrounded by fields. A neighboring equestrian center means you are more likely to encounter horses on your drive down than a car. Due to our rural location, you will need your own vehicle to access the many nearby attractions, ranging from Oxford, the stunning Cotswolds to the lovely local walks and pubs. There is ample onsite parking at the property.

Welcome to Honeysuckle, our luxury shepherd's hut with stunning views across the fields in the Chilterns. In the evenings sit and watch the sun go down around your fire pit or stay cosy indoors with your log burner. We are a working farm and you may see the tractor trundle past feeding our herds of Texal sheep (Lambing right in front of you in March/April 2025!) and Limousin cows grazing in fields, or watch the many birds. You have your own secluded, fenced and private garden area with seating.

The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

Tucked away in the heart of the Cotswolds on our family farm the Camp is a truly unique, purpose built cabin,situated within a secluded & idyllic south-facing meadow. It sleeps 2 adults & 1-2 small children, or 3 adults, with one double bed and a single size sofa bed. Also it has an eco wood fired hot tub (available at extra cost)

Located just off The Green on Puddleduck footpath and surrounded by open countryside, The Stables is a contemporary conversion of the original Manor House stables. Accommodation includes 1 double bedroom and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with a double bed providing for up to four guests.
