This a charming 1940's Farm House. It has big windows in every room for watching wildlife and a screened porch with a swing for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful outdoors! It is located just off Interstate 59 halfway between Meridian MS and Laurel, MS.The property is just 22 minutes from HWY 45 which is a direct corridor to the beach! From this property you are about an hour and a half to Biloxi, MS. The house has a large fenced in back yard for pets and children to play. It has 2 carports.

Take it easy at this brand new charming home with 2-BR with 2 queen beds and a twin size pull out couch. The charming decor and cozy atmosphere make guests feel right at home. Located in a country setting but still within minutes of downtown Meridian and other shopping. Meridian Regional Airport is only 12 minutes away and Meridian Jaycee Soccer Complex is only 7 minutes away. Deer Run has many amenities for your convenience. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants inLaurel from this cozy cottage. Our home was featured on HGTV’s HomeTown. While we live in the main house, we had Katie (contractor on show) remodel the two rooms behind us as guest rooms. We have added carvings to the landscape, a whole house generator, and a few places to sit and enjoy the outside. Our episode was called Woodland Wonderland, but better known as the Hobbit House. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin has an open floor plan in the den and kitchen, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom, with a roll-away daybed available. A pack n play is available upon request. The bathroom is handicapped accessible. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. There is no dishwasher. There is a flat screen tv in both the den and the master bedroom with Directv. We have WIFI available.
