True, there is no direct view of the ocean from your Studio. BUT if you walk about 5' from the house, there is an ocean park, perfect for drinking a morning coffee and listening the waves. Great for sun bathing and picnic. Close to a few sandy beaches. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops; night life on Garnet is 5 minutes away.
