Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. A pochi minuti dal mare, la quiete della campagna

Antico Casale finemente ristrutturato pur mantenendo i materiali tipici dell'epoca. Dotato di amplio giardino recintato (circa 3500 mq), di cui una parte a pineta, due camere con letto matrimoniale, una con letto a castello ed un soggiorno con divano letto doppio. Si articola su due piani, tre bagni e tutti i servizi per una comoda permanenza (televisore, frigorifero, forno, microonde, lavatrice, set da stiro, wifi). Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze tranne nel soggiorno (ventilatore).
