Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

Exception for Augusts is more likely you'll only meet yews, foxes, porcupines, wild pigs, badgers, deer and some species of birds. Bears and wolves are autochtonous but really rare to meet. Activities spans only around nature. Mountain bike, Trekking (Several CAI paths cross the village), heremitage, wild-life sighting, work or romantic escapes.
