The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. Little Fisher Farm provides luxury rural accommodation capable of sleeping up to 6 people and is surrounded by a large 3 acre private garden and farmland.  Our Hot Tub Leisure facility is available to book at an extra charge. Farm-View Retreat provides an open plan ground floor comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and bathroom area together with a convertible sofa bed. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.
