Charming Bolthole with Patio, & a Stroll from the Beach

Escape to the beach and explore the delights of the Devonshire south coast. This self-contained bolthole has its own entrance and patio. Bright orange prints lift an otherwise neutral palette with solid wood floors, wooden cladding in the bedroom, and natural upholstery. The Annexe has a well equipped open plan living/kitchen/dining area with combination oven/grill/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, Dualit kettle, fridge freezer, double electric hob, kitchenware, and utensils. Large, comfortable sofa with SKY television, DVD player, Wii, bluetooth speaker, magazines, books and games. There is a small but stylish bedroom with standard 4'6" double bed chest of drawers and dressing table. The shower room has a large walk-in shower, basin unit, toilet and underfloor heating. Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels and hairdryer are provided. Free wifi and electric heating throughout. There is a small private courtyard for "The Annexe" with table & chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy the morning sunshine. The sofa in living area can be set up as a bed, charged at an extra £10 per night, including bed linen and towels. (please note it is not a "sofa bed" but a large sofa approximately the size of a standard single bed with the back cushions removed) Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are also provided. Guests come up a private driveway to the rear of our house, and in through our back garden gate, and then The Annexe is immeidately to the left. Guests are given access to a key safe in their own private courtyard and have their own separate entrance to The Annexe. There is an allocated private parking space for The Annexe about 20 yards away in a private car park (less than 1-minute walk) and cycle storage if required. "The Annexe" is a completely self-contained detached property but very close to our house, effectively in our garden, so although you are completely separate and left to enjoy your stay in privacy, we are usually not too far away should you have any questions, and are always happy to help if we can! Stoke Fleming is a friendly, peaceful Devon village close to beautiful Blackpool Sands (a short walk down the hill). It has a fantastic pub (The Green Dragon), a popular restaurant (Radius 7), a park, village shop & post office open daily, and a hotel (stoke Lodge) open to non-residents which has both an indoor and outdoor pool. A car is advisable in the South Hams, but there is a regular bus service (no.3) from the village to Dartmouth and along the coast road to Kingsbridge and onwards to Plymouth. The nearest train station is Totnes (approx 20-30 mins by car/taxi) and the fast train is 2 hours 47 mins to London Paddington and 3 hours to Birmingham New Street. There are lots of maps, guide books and visitor information provided. The bedroom of "The Annexe" backs onto our garden so in the warmer months we are likely to be out there in the day enjoying the sunshine (we hope!) or having an evening BBQ but we would try to keep noise to a minimum and would not be out there after 10pm. "The Annexe" is close to the village church (you look out onto it from the bedroom window) and the church bells do chime regularly on the quarter hour, so if you are a very light sleeper this may disturb you, and may not be the property for you. We will accept very well-behaved dogs but they are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedroom. They cannot be left unattended in "The Annexe" at any time. Lovely modern detached studio annexe-Free Parking

Conveniently located just minutes off the beautiful South West Coast Path. Watcombe beach is a 5 minute (steep) walk, St Marychurch and Babbacombe are nearby. Torquay Harbour is less than 3 miles. A perfect base to explore all the delights the English Riviera has to offer. There's a bus stop nearby which run regular services to Torquay, Teignmouth and beyond. Hillside is a one bedroom detached annexe, designed specifically for guests comfort in mind. Off road private parking is directly outside.

The Sea Glass Cabin, in the heart of old town Dartmouth, offers a wonderful slice of tranquillity. Separate from my home, it has beautiful hillside views plus it's own private entrance and garden. Tucked under a beautiful Oak tree, in the grounds of our house, Oak Lodge offers a secluded hideaway, ideally situated on the main road 1 mile from the quirky market town of Totnes, a perfect touring base! Accommodation is comfortable log cabin style. Fully centrally heated to keep you cosy in the cooler months! 2 double bedrooms, shower room and open plan kitchen/living space, the perfect retreat. Outside is a grassy area for relaxing. A perfect place for your break away, with private parking!

The Lodge is a beautifully renovated guest house. The property is designed for 2 people. The property offers 1 bedroom and an open-plan living room, including well-equipped kitchen, dining area, a sofa bed, a south facing patio, parking and private entrance. The Lodge is adjacent to the main house and shares a drive. It is located in the heart of Stoke Gabriel village and 7 minutes walk to the river Dart, shops, pubs and the River Shack cafe. Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

The Annexe at Harbour Heights has been newly refurbished to a high standard, offering self-contained accommodation to our guests. The property can accommodate up to three people, and offers an open plan living space, including a well-equipped kitchen, and separate dining area. The property is conveniently situated on a quiet private road, just 5 minutes away from Torquay town centre and amenities. The location provides a useful base from which to explore the many attractions of South Devon.

Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Not suitable for children. Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

Stylish Timber Lodge set within 0.75 acre garden

Welcome to 'Pumps Lodge' Built in 2018 and finished to a high standard this pretty timber cabin is set in a private spot within the gardens of our home in Denbury Devon. Inside there is a nice size living area including a kitchen. One bedroom with comfortable twin beds a shower room and a loft room with a low king size bed. (Limited head height). The Gables Annexe

The Gables studio is a quirky, self contained annexe, located next to the main house. It's a very relaxed space, decorated in a beach hut style. We are situated at the back of Stoke Fleming village surrounded by fields, with beautiful Blackpool Sands beach just a 15 minute walk away. We are on the South West Coast Path, and it's the perfect place for walking and exploring the beautiful South Hams.
