Full laundry facilities, and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have 43” smart TVs. High speed internet available throughout the unit. Brand new mattresses, bedding and towels.

Not suitable for swimming ,free launch 3 mins up the road. 7-10 mins to LSC from our 130 feet of dock & electricity ,5 mins to Lighthouse Cove by car , popular Musky and Bass fishing . 5 mins to 401 , Groceries, LCBO ,C Tire . 40 mins to Pelee Island Ferry or 40 mins to Point Pelee National Park , wine country .ABSOLUTELY No smoking, Vaping inside but OK outside
