King size bed & new technology foam offers complete comfort in separate climate controlled bedroom. Heated bathroom floor is a “warm” surprise. Optional seasonal outdoor shower for the adventurous. Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Valley View Farm Retreat

Stay at a barn with all the modern comforts. Kids born 3/25/24. Views in three directions. Watch the sun rise or view the stairs at night. Amish made cabinets with quartz counters. Kitchen stocked with pans, dishes and utensils. Sheets and towels provided. Located in the countryside yet still just 15 minutes to Watkins Glen or Corning. Downstairs we have a small herd of goats that you can visit. Join us for evening chores or arrange a time to meet the goats. Apartment 1.

The outdoor space is expansive with a fire pit and entertaining area that is truly amazing. You are minutes from downtown Corning but secluded and off the grid. The cabin is powered by its on remote start generator and has all the comforts of home.

The Pierce Suite is a professionally designed third-floor unit in a historic building, featuring a lofted sleeping area, high-end finishes, and an industrial style. Located next to Siemens and within three miles of Corning Incorporated, it’s close to downtown Corning, museums, festivals, Finger Lakes wine country, and Watkins Glen. Empire Bricks NY is located in the same building. Please note: access requires climbing three flights of stairs; there is no elevator.
