Eco Minimalist Home by the River

Banni Home, gracefully sits along the banks of the River Cauvery, is named after sacred Banni tree present in the heart of the property. In the local language Kannada, the word "Banni" means "Welcome," symbolizing the warmth and hospitality you’ll experience at this eco-minimalist stay. Banni home is thoughtfully built with natural, locally sourced materials, Cob walls of mud and lime, mud plastering, and natural paints showcase the skills of local artisans while honoring ancient techniques.

Our apartment is airy, aesthetic, and spacious. You will enjoy a huge living/dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen, and a balcony with views over the city skyline, opening up to Chamundi hills.
