La oferta gastronómica en las cercanías del departamento es muy variada y destaca su gran vida nocturna. Fácil acceso desde las principales autopistas, cerca del microcentro, zona bancaria, Casa de Gobierno porteña, Casa Rosada, Congreso de la Nación y tribunales. En la misma cuadra encontrarán dos estacionamiento, carnicería, almacén, quiosco, panadería, y más. Apartamento de 50 m2 con vista verde, con balcón, en el corazón de Palermo. Tiene 1 dormitorio con cama matrimonial y 1 sillón cama de 1 plaza en el living. Black out en dormitorio y living. Posee caja de seguridad. Excelente ducha. Equipado con Internet Wi-Fi, posee 2 TV : una de 42" en el living y otra de 32" en la habitación con Netflix, 2 aires acondicionados, calefacción, microondas, tostadora, 1 gran heladera, cafetera y termo eléctrico, tender extensible para el secado de la ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need.
