The bungalow is a separate guesthouse but owners are present on the property in the main house. UPDATE July 2022. We replaced the previous mattress with a new hybrid-style mattress with a memory foam top. Some of our guests found the previous mattress too soft...this one is a medium-firm mattress that offers great support. We hope you love it (just be aware that it is on the firmer side)!
