Palmer and Wasilla are a mere 10 and 15 minute drive in either direction with groceries, amenities and unique local dining options in abundance.

Kayak or paddleboard, chill around the propane fire pit or cuddle up inside with the woodstove (supplemental, cabin has a forced air furnace!) 2 bedrooms, small room has a King bed, larger room has 2 Queen beds. A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? Only 2 miles off highway,good road right up to door. Has 2 small decks.relaxing scenery, due to remodeling private fire pit not available You can get your exercise walking to the lake. Dock. We have loons, eagles, and some other Wildlife. On 17 mile lake. Has trout, so bring a pole. Great couple getaway. Questions just ask.

It's very close to many recreational opportunities including hiking, biking, fishing, 4 wheeling etc. It's 40 minutes from Anchorage. Washer and dryer in cabin. No pets please
