Sunny, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge opening out to a large deck on one side with a light and airy verandah; and on the other side, an astro-turf deck featuring a large sandpit. It's only a short distance to the local dairy and takeaways and nearby are quiet country roads, perfect for walks. Relax in a peaceful, friendly street. Zip into Palmy or Levin if you need to find shops and cafes - all around 15 minutes away.

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Customisable layout and beds. See floorplans. Bnb located behind the College st shops. A minutes walk from cafe, liquorland, dairy, sushi, bakery and $2 shop. Multiple cameras over entries/driveways area so please ensure your guest numbers are correct. Please book for correct number. Excess bedrooms will be locked and cameras checked. If this sounds harsh, its because people have tried it and we have had to put measures in place. During peak periods, min. number of guests may be required.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.
