Access to the waterfront and boat dock. There is a small boat launch for your small boats, jet skis, kayaks and paddleboards next to the pier. Shared use of the screened-in gazebo. With direct access to the Bay River from the on-site boat ramp, adventure is just steps away. Nestled in Stonewall Campground, this brand-new home offers stunning views and a serene escape. Need more space? An additional house next door is also available for rent, making it ideal for larger groups or multiple families. Kayaks are included for guest use!

Oriental Village is a charming southern village on the Neuse River with a coastal atmosphere. It’s a peaceful town where you can unwind and relax and enjoy the sunsets. At the waterfront, you can watch fishing boats, shrimp boats, and cruising sailboats come and go. You can discover restaurants, a fresh seafood market, boutique shops, a bakery and wine bar, a brewery, and a stunning new art gallery, all within a short distance. It’s also an ideal place for biking or kayaking.

Tight Lines Waterfront Cottage

Enjoy the peaceful views of Mill Creek and the outdoor center next door with kayaks free to use. Tucked inside of the quiet Arlington Place neighborhood, it is directly connected to the Neuse River. You also get acess to the community pool and many other ammennities such as a fitness center and basketball and tennis courts. Short drives get you to historic New Bern or the small but quaint town of Oriental, and only one and a half hours to Emerald Isle and the beach.

Sandpiper

Relax at the Sandpiper, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in New Bern’s Fairfield Harbour community. Perched on the third floor, enjoy marina views from the main balcony and watch the fishing pier and kayak launch from the side balcony—perfect for morning coffee. Located in a sailboat and golf community just 20 minutes from the airport and downtown, this condo offers the perfect mix of water views, outdoor recreation, and peaceful convenience.

Comfy Corner

Get comfortable and enjoy this private entrance spacious unit with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We have a public 18 hole golf course. It is similar to a hotel room only larger and no one else has access to it. New Bern is a historical city with tours scheduled daily at Tryon Palace. We are 45 minutes to the ocean. Our winters are mild with some days in the low 70s. New pictures are coming soon.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Restaurants within 1 mile from the home. Boat dock and fishing pier about 1/2 mile. Neuse river is a bike ride away with another fishing pier 2 pickle ball courts and playground less than 1/2 mile from the house. A stop for greenway cyclists and a hugh area for sail boat novoelists. You can take the Minnesott ferry on your way to Atlantic Beach.

Carriage House on the Neuse River

It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
