Charming warm self contained guest-suite

We have a warm and inviting guest suite under our home with its own private access. Renovated with carpet, heat pump/aircon and insulation has made this space the best in our house! A large room has the queen bed and TV with the day bed, then the smaller front room has the kitchenette and bathroom facilities. We have very easy access to the major arterial routes. Open to pets by negotiation, please ask us first as we have other animals on the property and it may not be suitable.

The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with its amazing views when Venturing through the gardens and lawns.

Kakariki Haven is a self-contained private flat with outlook to garden. Suitable for couple or a single; with lounge/kitchen, and double bedroom with ensuite. Free internet. TV screen and Chromecast allows visitors to watch TV on Demand, Youtube etc. Close to the Omokoroa village. Fish, swim, or take the ferry over to Matakana Island. Local cafes. We are 5 minute drive to City Center, Uber $11.50 approx. Pick up from airport if required.
