Improvements go up to the point it fits contemporary life, while capturing an essence of a bygone era in terms of structure and dimensions. Sea Breeze House

This Cycladic beachfront property is located at a picturesque and unspoiled place called Flambouria (12 km far from the port of Merichas). It has a front balcony where you can enjoy morning breakfasts, afternoon sunsets and an enviable view of the Aegean Sea and a back balcony which connects to a private vineyard. This well-lit and cozy house (50 sq.m.) accommodates up to 4 guests (a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons). All the rooms are furnished with care and have all the amenities.

The Photographer’s House

My house is a old small two level house with traditional Cycladic architecture renovated during 2019, wedged in the alleys of the old and well preserved capital of Serifos island, named Chora. Due to its topography and the complex network of narrow alleys, there are no vehicles allowed only mules. This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and a splendid panoramic view to the Aegean sea, away from the noisy port of Livadi.

Με δυνατότητα φιλοξενίας έως και 4 ατόμων, το σπίτι μας είναι ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή φίλους που αναζητούν ξεκούραση και χαλάρωση μέσα στα όμορφα σοκάκια της Κύθνου.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

O χώρος μας (kythnos view) βρίσκεται στο λιμάνι του Μέριχα της Κύθνου . Απέχει μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κεντρικό λιμάνι και η άφιξη στο σπίτι μας γίνεται ανεβαίνοντας 70 σκαλοπατια αλλά σας επιβραβεύει η υπεροχή θέα μας βλέποντας όλο το λιμάνι και το ηλιοβασίλεμα. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο και ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει την απόλυτη ησυχία για να έχετε ευχάριστες διακοπές και ξεκούραση.

EFTIXIA APARTMENT

Χαλαρώστε κάνοντας μια μοναδική και ήρεμη απόδραση στο μοναδικό νησί της Κύθνου. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται μόλις 70 μέτρα πάνω από την θάλασσα στον κόλπο της Απόκρουσης. Μοναδική θέα η θάλασσα.... Κατάλληλο μέρος για χαλάρωση, ηρεμία και ξεκούραση. Απέχει μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από την Χώρα και ακριβώς δίπλα είναι η ξεχωριστή παραλία Κολώνα (20 λεπτά με τα πόδια).

The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
