Our styled brand new “houses in nature” are situated in the endless olive groves of Lyridianà, along the old national road between Kolybari and Kissamos. The modern, airy ground floor apartment with private veranda has a double room, a living room with convertible sofa bed, a small but well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with rainfall shower. The place is well located regarding the famous beaches of Falassarna, Elafonisi and Balos, the town of Chania and is easy to reach from Chania Airport.

Exactly like Le Corbusier's vision, this cabin is adapted in a scale of "Mediterranean balance", designed on the basis of the minimum possible dimensions and the maximum physical and spiritual comfort it could offer. The philosophy behind this project is to find yourself in a contemporary sanctuary, hidden from the world but close enough to all the beaches in the area, sit in the hot midday sun on the terrace in its quietness or maybe during the sunset, enjoying a glass of wine and a nice book.

Niovi Seaside Suites is a brand new 2017 luxury accommodation, consisting of 2 suites, one on the ground floor and the other on the 1st floor. Τhe suites can be booked either individually or together. The property is next to the sea. The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
