The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.
