The wooded 3.4-acre property at the end of a cul-de-sac borders Wyoming BLM land to the east. National Forest Access via North and South Leigh Canyon is just a couple miles from the house. Hike/bike/snowmobile directly from the house.

Mountain Adventure and Yellowstone Getaway

December 1-April 30 is snowmobile access only! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space, or use it as a jumping point for all of your adventures. In winter: The Beartooth Highway is not plowed during this time, so Cooke City is “the end of the road” in the winter. We do have a tracked SUV that we can use to transport people and gear in from either the Cooke City or Pilot Creek side. Please make arrangements before arrival.
