A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

The cottage is off by itself so you can enjoy your seclusion, but we live about 200 feet away so we can assist you if you need us. You will be blown away by the beauty and peacefulness of this amazing cottage.
