Welcome to our home on Lake Blackshear! **We are THE house for Christmas so please be aware we will have lots of friends & family here for Christmas eve/day if you are looking to book either of those nights.** We are located in a cove at the northern tip of the lake, surrounded by trees and beautiful nature. There is 1 queen bed, one queen sleeper sofa, and 1 futon (suitable for 1-2 small kids). It is DUCK/DEER HUNTING SEASON, so please be aware you may hear gunshots on weekend mornings.

Also, you may want a night by a fire or to grill a nice meal - we have those options too! And I’ve saved the best for last, make sure you bring your swimsuit- our pool is open for you to use as well!!

The Osprey is a cozy cottage with its own private dock and is nestled along the water front of Pataula creek at Lake Walter F. George, nationally recognized for it's great fishing. Spectacular views, peaceful surroundings, evening star gazing, and deer all year long grazing in the yard. Pataula State Park is 2 miles away for very convenient boat launching.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, we're just four miles from the Albany Airport. This mother-in-law apartment has private access and everything you need for a great night's rest. The kitchenette provides a coffee maker, refrigerator, eating utensils, and microwave. Prices will be adjusted for long-term reservations (ex: traveling nurses; contractors; etc.)
