Blu Grace Farm Apartment

Our barndo is located on our quaint 10 acre farm. The barn sits in the center of two pastures overseeing highland cows, horses, alpaca, donkeys, sheep and ducks. A cup of coffee, the sound of the rooster crowing while rocking under the awning is an experience in itself. Pet and feed the livestock during your visit. We are conveniently located near several wedding venues in historic Marion county and just an hour from Myrtle Beach. This is a rustic and peaceful farm experience you won’t forget.

Home is located in the quiet Fox Hollow subdivision which is just outside the city limits but still close to downtown. Robinson Nuclear Plant 10 min. Sonoco 7 min. Coker University 7 min. Located just 5 mins from I-95 and 12 minutes from Florence, this quaint cottage sits on 6 acres with private deck, firepit & large back yard in a peaceful, country location. Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. 🧺. King bed in master, 3 TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. We also use 100% cotton sheets and quilts for your maximum sleeping comfort. Absolutely no smoking ON OUR PROPERTY ($200 extra fee). Come stay with us!! 😊

The Farmhouse @ Goat Daddy's

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

Burchs Carriage House

Private carriage house sitting adjacent to the most historic estate home in the lovely town of Society Hill. Separate entrance for guests which accommodates large horse trailers. Property caters to all animals! Kitchenette (microwave, toaster oven and hot plate), washer/dryer, Apple TV and wifi. Continental breakfast, wine/snacks provided. BBQ grill also. 2 stalls with paddocks. 12 x 12 and 10 x 12. Rooms are as they would be at your own home, separate from each other. See photo 13.

The Cottage at Dream Acres & Petting Zoo I-95/I-20

The Cottage at Dream Acres is situated with its own private drive on our 8 acre working horse farm located near Florence SC at the I-20/ I-95 corridor, 5 mins off the highway. We are the 1/2 way point between NY & FL. Relax and unwind from a long roadtrip or take a weekend farm-stay getaway. All the amenities of a larger home with the convenience of a smaller space! Family Friendly; sleeps up to 4, newly renovated in 2020, petting zoo, outdoor fire pit, tree swing, picnic table!

Quaint 2BR home w access to Black Creek & downtown

Our freshly renovated home sits in a family-oriented neighborhood only a mile from downtown Hartsville and Kalmia Gardens and includes access to Black Creek. This 600 sf home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, washer and dryer and an open living area. Digital antenna reception for smart-tv and high speed wi-fi internet. Small dogs will be considered for stays on a case-by-case basis. Pet stays require prior approval from the hosts and will involve additional fees.

Waxhaw is a small town rich in Heritage and bustling with activity, parks, unique shops, fine dining, breweries and local food in a relaxing atmosphere. Our town offers a sense of well being for all who work, live and visit here! Jud's Place is just 10 min from downtown and is a peaceful and quiet location to getaway from the busyness of life. Enjoy a cozy apartment and spacious porch surrounded by trees with a winding drive where you can take long walks. Come Stay awhile!

Whether you are walking the 155 acres of trails, relaxing with a good book on the porch, or enjoying the many animals on the property, you will leave here recharged. 5 minutes from downtown Waxhaw, 20 to Monroe, and 20 minutes to Ballantyne and Waverly.
