This cosy and comfortable caravan sits permanently under shelter with an outdoor paved area. Relatively private (15 metres from the main house's outbuildings) it's surrounded by trees, gardens and rural landscapes. Interior of this retro 1980s van has been lovingly decorated with sumptuous red velvet soft furnishings and non toxic, eco paint. Basic but functional small kitchen. Comfy double bed located behind a partitioned concertina door Lounge area can convert to bunk beds for 2 kids.

Bush cottage retreat

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Oldmeadow's Orchard Farm Stay - with Tennis Court

A family place to get away & connect - a dam to swim, tennis court, basketball hoop and a fruit salad orchard with of seasonal fruits, veges, berries & herbs free to pick. Its a place for kids or furbabies to roam free, enjoying the cubby house, trampoline, tree house, riding bikes, go carting or playing in the forest. You will spot Kangaroos, emu or bunnies while enjoying the serenity, relaxing on the deck overlooking the vines. We book up to 6mths in advance, message us for other dates.

Large room (19sqm), queen bed, bathroom with hot shower and heating, backyard with garden, washing machine, secure separate entrance directly to your floor, desk, wardrobe, dining table, tea/coffee/snacks and air-con. It’s Autumn.. the absolute best time of the year . Enjoy the crisp fresh mornings and warm balmy days. Perfect weather to explore this lovely part of the world. We’ve done a Reno on the gazebo on the lake so you’ll be able sit down and enjoy a wine overlooking the water. You can take a dip in the lake , paddle the kayak or try your luck to catch a red fin. Take an morning /evening stroll around the orchard and vegie patch and visit the ponies and horses.

When you’re not out exploring, share time in this compact, well appointed apartment. Cook up a storm or stock the picnic basket. WiFi, games, smart TV, cot and high chair. Walking distance to beach/shops. Reverse cycle air conditioning. The apartment is self-contained with own access down a side path and through your own covered patio and door. There is some transfer of noise but there are three doors between your bedrooms and mine. Dogs live with me.
