Located 2 miles from Folly Beach, walking distance to a grocery store, and 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Spacious shower, kitchen with hot plate, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker and blender. It has Wifi and smart TV with a split unit A/C. Off-street parking space for one and one space street parking. Beach vibes without all the crowds.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. While relaxing it is possible to see the occasional deer, turkey, racoon and fox.
