We are 5 miles to Salem Mass, 44 miles to New Hampshire, 77 miles to the cape cod canal, 19 miles to Boston. We are 4 miles to the Beverly train Station.

The Buffum House is a new, clean, and loved 1,200 sq/ft 2nd floor apt. in North Salem, just outside of downtown. Close enough to walk everywhere but slightly nestled into a historic neighborhood that gets away from the craziness. It is the best of both worlds. The train is a 5 minute walk but far enough to not hear it. North Salem has a few coffeeshops and breakfast joints a stone throw away. And, oh yeah, the apartment is awesome! We are at the end of a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood. A five minute walk to downtown and ten restaurants with diverse menus and varied prices. We are four miles to historic Salem. Fourteen miles to Logan airport and downtown Boston. Twenty five miles to the New Hampshire border and thirty eight miles to the Maine border.
