This suite is a bright and open legal basement suite in a new house in the newest subdivision in Fort McMurray. Guests will have access to all the creature comforts of home including a stocked kitchen, laundry, TV with popular apps, WiFi, ironing board, workspace desk and walk in closet. The property is close to the tree line with access to parks, playgrounds, walking trails, bike paths, as well as a short 2 min drive to grocery stores, banks, food and some local shopping.
