The condo is newly renovated with new light fixtures, new bathroom, countertops and new appliances. It is carefully furnished for your comfort and relaxation. The gated complex has 2 pristine pools, dog park and picnic areas. It is 2-3 blocks away from NRG Stadium and a few minutes away from the Texas Medical Center. There is public transportation right outside the complex.

The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!
