There is a sofa with queen sized fold out bed in back "office" space. T.V. is streaming only. Any problems, the owners live across the street!

The bunkhouse is a rustic, elegant cabin outside Blanco toward San Marcos. It's a cozy, secluded ranch house with a double carport attached to a large deck that overlooks a pasture of longhorns, deer, exotic birds and wildlife. We have just put it back on Airbnb after closing it for a short while to update it! We look forward to having new guests and hope they enjoy the hill country ambience!
