Chuditch Holiday Home is a light and spacious house nestled in the heart of the Dwellingup community. This home has been much loved by our family for the past 14 years. It has a large well equipped kitchen, lounge room, reading room, outdoor decking with BBQ, and beautiful garden to relax in. Only 3 mins walk from the shops, pub, cafes, Forest Discovery Centre and skate / pump park and a short drive from Lane Poole Reverse, Nanga, Orchards, Wine Tree Cidery, Trees Adventure and so much more.

Breath taking views. Something for Everyone. Host a small dinner party with a stately 8 seat dining table. BBQ kitchen under front alfresco overlooking the estuary. Playground across the road. One of the Giants is walking distance. 3 x kayaks and crabbing equip available for use at your own risk. Or enjoy a stroll along the waters edge, magnificent sunsets. Delightful Beach retreat for you to relax just, one hour south of Perth. It has 4 double bedrooms which easily sleeps 8 adults and more if you utilise the sofa bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. Front porch to watch the kangaroos at night or rear entertainment deck with BBQ and undercover area at rear. Our Family Holiday home, not a new hotel, but we love it! 6 min walk to the beach. Please note we do not accept Schoolies bookings.

When you stay at Magnolia Cottage, Dwellingup you will find a Mid-Century cottage which retains its rustic charm but has been revitalized and extended with a huge kitchen, large outdoor covered entertainment area, renovated modern bathroom, and 2 toilets. Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Wood fire and electric blankets for cosy winter nights.

Fisherman's Cottage

We welcome you to stay at the South Freo Fishermans Cottage! The beautiful and popular South Beach is literally at your doorstep. Along with the south beach hotel/pub being 2-doors down, the Third Wheel cafe has your coffee covered, and the wonderful Madalena's Bar is one of the hottest bars in Perth at your fingertips. Stunning in summer with the beach, amenities and Saturday night markets, while in cooler months the cottage has a cosy feel with the built in gas fireplace.

Amazing and Serene Riverhouse

Our little piece of paradise is looking forward to you relaxing and enjoying the house and surrounds. During Summer mosquitos can be an issue. We supply repellant but recommend you bring some. There's plenty of space to relax. Ideal to read a good book, swim or if you're lucky, watch some dolphins! Bream in the river we supply fishing rods. A jigsaw to complete or a board game for fun!. Kayak up or down river. Walk to the Ravo for a Pub Meal! Go for relaxing walks.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
