Welcome to our log cabin! This three bedroom, two bath, all-wood home is set on five wooded acres less than a mile from the main highway. There is easy access to historic Frederick and Gettysburg. Surrounded by beautiful National and State Parks and only 20 minutes from Ski Liberty. Enjoy a relaxing time surrounded by trees or take a walk along the neighborhood orchards. Sit on the covered porch, relax by the fire-pit and eat on the back patio – or if it’s cold outside, enjoy the wood stove!

After you arrive & settle into your secluded cabin, you will find many unique activities & quiet places in this serene setting amid the wonders of quiet waterfalls, easy walking paths, a wildlife haven, natural running streams & "The Bog Shack". Big families, work groups, and hiker tramilies -- this is the place for you! This 5 br/2 ba newer home is near the Appalachian Trail (0.1 mi), Pen Mar Park (0.1 mi), Waynesboro PA (4 mi), Ski Liberty (9 mi), Hagerstown (16 mi), Gettysburg (16 mi), and Chambersburg (18 mi). All 5 bedrooms exit directly to large rear deck. Lovely, quiet, tree-filled lot. Since we are in a quiet neighborhood, I can only accept reservation requests from guests who have received positive reviews from other hosts.
