My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). I do have a 50.00 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs only. It is located just above the entrance to the Smoke Hole Canyon with great fishing, beautiful scenery along the paved country curvy road. You can drive through the canyon and come out on Rt 28 just below the Smoke Hole caverns and gift shop. Then continue to Seneca Rocks and hike the rocks or drive to Nelson Rocks for zip lining.

Chad’s place is located along Rt 220 approximately 2/10ths a mile from the entrance of Smoke Hole Canyon, where you may enjoy hiking, hunting, and fishing the South Branch River. Chad’s Place is a spacious fully furnished 4 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a patio were you can enjoy the spacious backyard for family fun activities such as corn hole, grilling, or relaxing by the fire pit. We do allow pets for an extra charge of $50 up to two pets.

three bedroom home with a large front porch. It sits behind a small country church so it is peaceful. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bathroom in the master bedroom has a walkin shower and a shower seat. The living room and all three bedrooms have televisions. this house sits about two miles from beautiful South Mill Creek Lake and 8 miles from Smoke Hole. The house has starlink and it works really well. There is also a landline phone.

Relax by the river listening to the sounds of nature. Swim in our private pool under the stars or in the warm sunshine. Fishing, swimming, and tubing in our over 500 feet of private river access. Large back yard that borders the river to enjoy the firepit, or pitch horseshoes. Observe Bald Eagles as they fly above the river. Watch squirrels, rabbits, and other wildlife play in the yard from the pool deck.
