Every floor have balconies all around each apartment and 1 big terrace with a pool and a garden. Enjoy the heated infinity pool, relaxing garden and the terraces with wonderful views. Located close to nature, sea/beach, airport and nearby city center.

Nearby you can find a grocery store/mini market, restaurants, coffee bars, bakery, post office, etc. On the walking distance from the house, there are five restaurants at the seaside offering traditional Mediterranean menu.

Hi, Welcome to our freshly renovated villa RIGHT on the sea. This is beautiful old stone house, with light and airy rooms. The house was built more than 300 years ago and it is located on the first line of the sea. It is located in quiet part of town, just few steps away from private mole and nice restaurants. You can enjoy lovely view from stone balcony and relax in beautiful private terrace. Kotor old town and Perast are located just 7km from our house.

The nearest airport is Tivat Airport, 5 km from Apartments P&I. This is our guests' favorite part of Kotor, according to independent reviews.
