Welcome to our cosy two-bedroom apartment within a traditional Cornish long cottage. It’s just a leisurely stroll from both the beach and the centre of Perranporth, yet tucked away in peaceful countryside with a sunny garden bordered by a stream, often visited by friendly wild ducks. There is a woodburner, juliette balcony overlooking trees and beyond, distant sea view from the kitchen. Guests have use of the 2 acre garden and gas BBQ. Bream Loft can be found between Maenporth beach & Mawnan Smith with amazing coastal walks in both directions. Short walk to Bream Cove, fabulous for swimming. Dog friendly

At the end of the road from the property there is a bus route. Perranporth is a vibrant village boasting a vast beautiful beach with golden sand and good surf.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.
