Welcome to our cosy two-bedroom apartment within a traditional Cornish long cottage. It’s just a leisurely stroll from both the beach and the centre of Perranporth, yet tucked away in peaceful countryside with a sunny garden bordered by a stream, often visited by friendly wild ducks. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Porth beach, The Mermaid Inn and the coast path are all less than 5 minutes walk, whilst Newquay town centre, secluded coves and surf beaches can all be easily reached on foot, by car or by Beryl bike. We are just 10 minutes from the airport and train station with good transport links to other locations around the county.

Situated in the peaceful village of Holywell, our 2 bed, first floor flat has beautiful views towards the sea and sand dunes of Holywell beach. Our Flat has ample space for your family, with two good sized bedrooms with en-suites, kitchen and lounge diner, leading onto the balcony with views to the beach. Holywell beach is a short 5 minute walk through the village and is known for its picturesque Gull rocks back drop and natural spring water cave.

The restaurants and shops of Perranporth are a short (albeit steep) walk away, including the Watering Hole pub on the beach!
