Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Paper products provided as the only sink is in the bathroom. Workout in our shared gym 2 bedrooms-king and bunk (twin, full, trundle) and 1 bathroom Guest access: You will need to walk around back and down about 20 stairs. Things to note: The space is the basement of our home so you may hear us-fans and white noise provided. 2 vehicles only

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The fully furnished cottage has two queen-size beds, a comfortable living room, and a full kitchen. The home sits on a wooded lot frequented by deer, moose, great horned owls, hawks, and wild turkeys. Enjoy the yard, barbecue grill, fire pit, patio, and carport for parking.
