House is only 5 minutes from the marina and comes with paddleboards and kayaks and has a fire pit. Large, open kitchen, family room/ entertainment room, ping pong table, and jetted tub. Enjoy a lake retreat in a cozy log cabin with three levels overlooking a quiet cove off the main channel of Hyco lake, north of the marina where the water is clearer and calmer than the southern side. A boat lift, a jetski lift and two kayaks are available for use. The basement stairs are not protected (see photo) so this place is not for very young children. We have reliable and fast Spectrum internet. New decking boards were installed everywhere including boat house in Nov 2024.
